Firstly, you have to decide thatwhich all company have this kind of profile. Make an excel list of the company networth wise, profile wise, location wise, etc.
Choose Atleast top 30 companies Than shoot the mail in their respective HR dept through their portal and wait for the response.And track them according to their reply.

ISBR is a good college and has a good reputation in Bangalore. Placements depends up to students' own performances and abilities to perform and their academic past performances. With regard to getting in, if you achieve a composite MAT score of 600 or above, I will suggest you to go for other better colleges in Bangalore or Pune.

Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations.
