SHUATS University is good, but Thapar Institute is better. It has better placement statistics and a better faculty. If you are asking for suggestion I would advice Thapar. It has just opened it BTech admission forms.

Hi Hemanth,
It does not matter, if you are an Indian, if you have a good profile they will accept. A higher percentage would have been better since NUS is competitive and also the programmer you are planning to get into is very selective. But 70% is good to go. You must also demonstrate relevant skills, have projects, solid internship, LOR in addition to the SOP. Apply early.
