If seat is allotted to you in the 1st Round and you are not much satisfied with that allotted seat then you may participate in the 2nd Round of counselling. It is advise to fill only those choices which is better than previously allotted seat. Also, you need not to pay Centralized Online Counselling fee again if it is paid in 1st round.
