B.Com (Hons) is provides student with a wide range of skills in area of Commerce, Accounting and management. It also helps in preparing the students for business enterprises in Account and Finance roles. Some universities allow students to specialize in a particular subject in a final year.
BBM program usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific functional areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing etc. BBM graduates get entry-level supervisor and junior management positions in various types of industries in different management functions. In order to grow in career a BBM graduate would require an MBA to move up the ladder.
If you target is to work in Finance and Accounting then B.Com (Hons) is recommended degree for you else you may opt for BBM.

There are multiple options to join Indian Navy after B.Tech Mechanical Engineer:
(a) CDS Entry: CDS entry consists of written exam conducted by the UPSC, followed by conduct of the SSB interview, medical test by Indian Navy (naval candidates only) and final preparation of merit list by UPSC. The appointment letter is issued by IHQ MoD/DMPR. The training of officers selected through this entry commences in the month of Jan/Jul and the advertisement is published in Nov/Jul.
(b) NCC Entry: The vacancies for Naval Wing Senior Div NCC C certificate holders are published along with CDSE advertisement. No written test is conducted for this entry. The eligible candidates are required to forward their application directly to IHQ MoD (N)/ DMPR through DGNCC. The candidates are deputed for SSB interview. After qualifying SSB these candidates undergo medical examination and if found fit, are inducted in the Indian Navy on the basis of All India Merit. The training of officers selected through this entry normally commences in the month of Jan/Jul every year.
(c) Direct Entry: The Direct entries are controlled by IHQ MoD (Navy) /DMPR and cater for both Permanent Commission (PC) and Short Service Commission (SSC). Advertisements calling for application from eligible candidates for such entries are published in the leading newspapers and Employment News twice in a year between Feb to May and Aug to Nov. The applications are received and candidates are shortlisted for SSB based on cut off decided by IHQ MoD (Navy)/ DMPR. The SSB qualified candidates undergo medical examination and if found fit, are inducted in the Indian Navy on the basis of All India Merit.

MHT CET cutoff 2017 is the minimum marks that the applicants will have to secure in order to be eligible for admission. The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra will be announcing the MHT CET 2017 cutoff tentatively in June 2017. Only those applicants who meet the required MHT CET Cutoff 2017 will be selected for participation in the counselling session. The cutoff will be published after the result of the entrance examination is released. The admission committee will be considering many factors while deciding the cutoff for engineering admissions. All participating institutes will be releasing their individual cutoff for admission into the various engineering courses offered. After the cutoff is announced, the selected applicants will be listed in the merit list. Those applicants, whose names are present in the merit list, will be called in for counselling. The seat allotment of the selected applicants will be done through Centralized Allotment Process (CAP).
