Hello Sreedevi, yes it do create a difference when you pass your entrance exam with flying colours but to be very straightforward about this question which arrises in every students mind pursuing for this specific course, it totally depends from college to college, some college offers scholarships based on your class 12th percentage, some based on the marks gained in entrance examination and some based on the CGPA scored semester wise, on this basis fees are often waived off for at least an year. Most of the private colleges give these kinds of scholarships to students and if a person is from SC, ST, OBC category, certain relaxations in fee is also provided to them or to those whose family income is less than a certain slab set. If you want to pursue your course from a government college by giving certain entrance exam such as MH-CET, their fee is already low and chance of scholarships are less because it has been already provided from government side itself. As I am also pursuing for pharmacy course, I would suggest you to go for a government college else you can go for a good private college.
