Every year, more than 4 Lakhs students appear for the class 10 exam. Out of which, more than 95% students clear the exam. In 2023, 4,27,294 students appeared for the class 10 exam. After appointed as the Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) in the LIC, a candidate will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. The LIC AAO probation period may be extended upto two years. During the probation period of the LIC AAO, candidates’ performance will be under the continuous assessment. If a candidate fails to achieve the minimum standard of his/her services, his or her services will be terminated as per the policy of Corporation.
