University admission to 3rd year BA in Russian after 2 years Diploma in Russian language is based on the university policy. The universities may permit lateral entry if your Diploma is considered equal to the first two years of their BA course. They may evaluate your class work to see whether it fits their syllabus. Such possibilities exist within universities like JNU, Delhi University, and other language universities. The best route would be to get in touch with the admissions office to seek details of your Diploma details and verify eligibility for admission into the 3rd year directly.
