The very first process that you have to follow is to appear for Chandigarh University

Common Entrance Test (CUCET) which is a mandatory step for taking admission in the engineering programme at Chandigarh University. There is one more query if JEE Main is important. It is totally your choice. But CUCET is compulsory with an exception for those who secure more than 90% marks in qualifying examination or up to 50000 rank in JEE.

I want to tell you that I do not know whether it is available in every institute or university but I know well that at Chandigarh University, it is available including internships and industrial training. I know this as I am pursuing B.E. Mechanical Engineering at Chandigarh University. I completed my internship at Maruti Suzuki Ltd. Other than Maruti Suzuki Ltd, the companies where Chandigarh University provides internships are Tata Steels, Class Combines,   Swaraj, Padmini, Mahindra Rise,   Rockman, Piaggio, Royal Enfield,  etc.

All students in Mechanical Engineering are given the opportunity to complete at least one internship during their studies. This typically takes place in the sixth or seventh semester.
