Hi Bittu, first of all you may not do MBA and LLB at the same time . in the same academic year. However, there are students who are going for combination of LLB and CS as there is a great demand for that combo which you can do. I feel if you have the capacity to work hard then you can go for LLB +Cs than MBA+CS.

Hello Jeetendra, if you really feel that you have the ability to work really very hard and are 100% confident that you are going to crack either IIT or P-CET then plz discuss your intentions with your parents, and if they agree,Then join a coaching center, try and give your best shot. While doing that you can also take admission in a govt college for B.Sc(PCM) write the languages and practical exams as a second option.
