Hi,
As per last year's cut off, your brother's score can get him only Sanskrit (H) course in Delhi University.
So he can look for other colleges to study. But prior to that you should decide upon which course to pursue.
With a commerce background, he may opt for courses such as- B.com or BBA or B.A English/ Economics, etc.

Hie astha.did you give the bjmc entrance examination held by the ip university?it has good colleges for bjmc.you can apply in du though this time they are taking students through merit basis.you can apply in a number of private universities too.all the best!
