Hi Premendra, To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. Also, include how you will progress during the research and the duration you might need to achieve the milestones you have set. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will

Dear Archana,
This is a very good question. In a creative career, usually they do not look for pure MBAs. Only creative people lead creative teams. However, MBA as an added qualification is OK, though the time spent to get an MBA may not get justified. Maybe learning a new creative skill would add more value. E.g. focussing on flash animation adds value to your web design skills. Improving your drawing, aesthetics etc adds better value or go for GUI/ UI/ UXD learning.

Hi Rajni,
I would let her follow her heart. There are several options available even in Humanities like she can get into Media & Journalism which is a field that takes you places and as you grow in this field you will get chances to travel within India as well as abroad. Another option could be that she completes her Bachelors and go for MBA in International Business/ Foreign Trade, or Marketing. These are few of the options she can look at.
However, I would like to add here that let her decide her career options depending on her interests and career aspirations.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case you

Hi the course fees varies institute to institute , I will suggest you to check out the market values and market reviews of the institute you select and surely compare with the other brands. If possible have a crosscheck with the former students of the same institute. I personally will suggest you to try Frameboxx BSc animation affiliated to Manipal University. Best would be if you can join Frameboxx Jayanagar Bangalore (Provided if you don't have geographical barriers) Fees structure will be around 3 Lakh for the complete course, which can be divided in to equal monthly Instalments.

Hi Kazeem,
The most important thing while choosing a SAP training programme is that it should be through an authorized training Institute. As far as job assistance is concerned the authorized training institues does assist you in getting a good project but there is no job guarantee provided by any Institute be it authorized or nonauthorized. For information on Authorized Institutes please check the link below:

Hi Rajini, Congrats. Not all parents think like you and allow their children to follow their heart. She definitely can do that and after completion can join English and Foreign Languages University EFLU or University of Hyderabad or Mysore University in Applied linguistics alternatively she can go for courses like psychology or sociology. She can also take up courses in creative writing and can become a good desk Officer. many MNCs are outsourcing their papers that goes for publication as there is a shortage of individuals with technical writing skills.
All the very best.
May God bless you and your Daughter,
regards,
Gomti
