You should look at final placement reports of various colleges where companies that offer a role in UAE may be coming for recruitment. You can also look for companies where there is a high probability that you might be shifted to UAE after some work experience. After this, you will be able to target the colleges of your choice.

Many good universities like LPU, GNA, CU, etc are offering the course. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements that they offer. TFWS category has to relatively secure a better rank than any other candidate who can be of any category ( General, SC, ST, OBC) in order to get the subsidies of the TFWS category. This happens due to the fact that the number of TFWS seats under MHT CET is relatively less and the number of students to opt for those seats are very high. So chances of getting TFWS seat are very less.

If you are planning for a degree you must pursue the same from India before applying for studies in Germany. You are not eligible to pursue a degree from Germany with the current qualification anyways. Complete the first year of a degree course and apply for a bachelor's degree in Germany.
