Nothing is required to float from slide, documents are only required when you freeze the allotted seat and also when at the time of admission you need all the documents mentioned in the JoSAA information bulletin.

To get the admission in 2nd year Diploma, the right way is LEET (lateral entry). If a student have passed 10+2 with non-medical or student who have passed ITI (vocational course) can take admission in 2nd year Diploma.

It is not necessary for being an HR manager you have to do MBA. But yes MBA would give you a good learning as a whole and would make you more advance than the Bachelors working with you. Also you would get a degree which would lead you to the good position as a whole.

The minimum eligibility to apply for the UGC NET exam is a post-graduation degree. As you have completed the Master's degree in IT, then you are definitely eligible to apply for the UGC NET examination. The next UGC NET exam will be conducted in December.

The official website of the institute does not mention its fee structure. It is advisable to get in touch with the institiute directly for the information. About the age limit, there is no age bar in diploma courses.
