All the colleges are best in their own way but according to me, you should go for Kalindi College in BA Honors because the environment of college is good and study is also good as compared to ATMA Ram Sanatan Dharma College. There faculty members are very helpful in nature. As one of my friend in that college and studying B.A. Honours. NAAC given A+ to Kalindi College. However, you have interest in girls college then you can opt ATMA Ram Sanatan Dharma College.

R. D. Barnes for classification - It may seem or looks like a hard or tough book to see and understand but once you start understanding it's the best book for classification. I'll suggest you to not to go for Kotpal. It's not a bad book, until you have plenty of time to study and analyse, Kotpal is like the Kunji (or guide). Tortora for physiology the best one. Odum for ecology. (Same reason as of R. D. Barnes) or you can go for Srivastava.
Leninger for immunology
For developmental biology, take any good Indian writer by asking your professors, try avoiding foreign writers.

Dear Neha, It is not possible and it is also considered to be illegal. You surrender Certificate to first college and they give you back the Certificate only after course completion. So when that makes you impossible to get admitted in a second college for a new course.
