The cutoff trend for medical Courses at Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses under the General category for all India quota was 96638. In 2022, it decreased to 302. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 102725 to 5382 for OBC, 205228 to 46025 for SC, 284382 to 111680 for ST, 93122 to 1060 for EWS and 747213 to 137101 for PWD.

IIT Bombay accepts JEE Advanced scores, followed by JoSAA counselling for admission to the BTech and Integrated BTech courses. As per the JEE Advanced cutoff 2023 for Round 1, the closing cutoff rank was 966 for Integrated BTech in Electrical Engineering + M.Tech in Microelectronics programme for the General category students. To be eligible for admission in IPM of IIM Ranchi, candidates must have passed Class 12 and Class 10 with minimum 60% aggregate for General & 55% for SC/ST/PwD.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at JIPMER Puducherry - Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research other than General category are - 5382 for OBC, 46025 for SC, 111680 for ST, 1060 for EWS and 137101 for PWD. The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the General category under All India, opening rank was 302 and closing rank was 302. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state.
