It is difficult to answer "which BSc course is best" as there are more than 100 Bachelor of Science specialisations and choosing one of them totally depends on your skills, interests, and the core subjects taken by you in Class 12. However, if you are more into research, you can join Biochemistry, Microbiology, Botany, etc., and if you're interested in technical aspects, join Comupter Science, IT, etc.

As mentioned in the official website of NCERT - The Government of India provides candidates belonging to certain categories reservation and they are admitted to seats reserved for them based on relaxed criteria. The following reservations are available - 

  • SC 15%

There are a many different programmes that are designed on similar lines like that of BBA, but have a different names. Some such programme names are Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS),  Bachelor of Financial Investment and Analysis (BFIA),  Bachelor of Business Economics (BBE),  etc.

Integrated Programme in Management or IPM is another name for BBA, wherein the programme is of five years duration and basically is the integration of BBA and MBA. The course duration of BBA is three years and that of the MBA is two years, making the total duration to be five years.
