No, as the cut off list has come and according to that you are not eligible for M.Sc in any stream. But if you want to try, can go for Physical Counselling to the colleges and if there are seats left then they can give you a seat but it has very low chances.

SMIT is one of the best colleges and also have the best infrastructure, better than most of the college in Sikkim. It has a huge vicinity and an amazing sports facility. Excellent infrastructure, well-experienced faculty & one of the best learning environments in India. There are 95% placements for all those who wish to sit for it (despite there being many who quit the placement rounds at the last moment to opt for better opportunities [read: off campus]). However, there is a downside to it: Mechanical and Civil departments barely have any good on-campus placements in core companies due to the relatively low sizes of the departments an

As of my knowledge and findings there is no direct admissions or management seats at SMIT Sikkim. According to the official website of SMIT Sikkim, admission to most courses is based on the SMET exam scores, which is an entrance exam conducted by the university.
The eligibility criteria for admission to BCA and BBA courses at SMIT Sikkim is passing 10+2 with 50% for general category and 45% for the reserved category.
Admission to all the courses at SMIT Sikkim is merit-based or entrance exam score-based.
The selection of candidates for MCA/M.Sc (IT) courses will be done on the basis of an entrance test conducted by SMIT.

University of Pennsylvania admission is highly competitive and selective with an acceptance rate of only 5.9%. The acceptance rate at the University of Pennsylvania for Indian Students is 8.4%. For every 100 applicants, only 8 are admitted. This means the school is extremely selective. It is harder to get to Pennsylvania as an international student.
