Dear Shailendra,
You are Science Graduate with Ten Years of Experience aspires for an Engineering Graduation.
My suggestions are:
1. You are eligible to pursue a B.S. Program from BITS, Pilani as you have ample work experience.
2. But it is advisable to pursue a Full-time Engineering as it would create a break in career.
3. You can also pursue a Part-time B.E. (Mech) Weekend/ Daily Evening Classes from various Universities.
Balance of Current Career and Adding a Qualification is smart Way!!!

Take it as an individual opinion
