Hi,
You can apply for number of para medical related courses like Health care, Public Health, Bio Medical Science, etc. You cannot apply for straight PG level medicine courses as still your MBBS is not recognised in Australia.
If you want to do your post graduation in medical from Australia then you need to have registered AMC (Australian medical council). After that you need to send your SOP (statement of purpose) along with your academic certificates to the Universities.
Then you can apply for the Visa when you will receive the University acceptance lette. OR you can join hospital administration, health care, MS etc according to your qualification. The fees structure will be 10 to 12laks per year. The major intake is in February and July.
There are good opportunities available after completing above mentioned para medical courses or even if you can clear AMC registration, opportunities will be much more. You need to clear IELTS exam with 6.5 to 7 bands.

The job profiles on completion of the course include project managers, database or information management consultants, data architects, business systems analysts and designers, database administrators, information resources managers, data analysts, web specialists, software engineers, programmers, and application developers.
If you hail from Electronics & Communications background whereas this course is more suited for those from Computers background. Yet it is completely your choice.
You can also opt for SAP ABAP where jobs available include application developer, delivery project manager and technical team leader. You should be able to designs, develops and supports application solutions with focus on SAP Netweaver - Advanced Business Application Programming.
