If you have an OBC NCL valid Certificate with a date of January 2021, then it should be considered as a valid Certificate for any application process that requires OBC NCL category certification. The validity of OBC NCL Certificate is usually for one year from the date of issue, so your Certificate is still valid as of now. However, if you have obtained a new and updated Certificate with a later date (after April 2021), it is recommended that you use the updated Certificate for any new applications. This is because the updated Certificate will have the latest information and be considered more recent. If you have already applied for a particular programme or admission process using your January 2021 Certificate then it may not be possible to change the Certificate. In such cases, you can contact the concerned authorities or admission office and explain the situation to them. They may be able to guide you on what to do next. In summary, if you have an OBC NCL Certificate that is valid as of now, you can use it for any applications that require OBC NCL category certification. If you have an updated Certificate it is recommended that you use it for new applications.
