No, IIT Madras BTech admission is only based on candidates' performance in JEE Maine exam, followed by the counselling round. JEE Main is also an eligibility test for JEE Advanced, which is conducted for admission to IITs. Candidates who have qualified for JEE Main are only eligible to appear for JEE Advanced entrance test for admission to IIT Madras BTech courses.
