There is no such information on the official website or university prospectus for getting direct admission in any UG, PG, or doctoral courses. The candidates willing to take admission in any course and specialisation course should take the required entrance exam specified in the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Chennai prospectus.

VIT, Chennai inducts students based on their performance in various national-level and university-level entrance exam whichever the candidate takes as per the course requirements.

Although, students who want to know more about the same can visit the VIT, Chennai admission for further clarity.

No, SASTRA University does not offer direct admisison. The institute accepts admisison based on the national entrance exams like JEE Main, CAT, CLAT, NEET and others. The institute accepts application through online mode.

You can fill the fresh choices again and go for 2nd round of counseling, as there are high chances of getting a seat as almost 40% of candidates don't join and would be opting for a government college in their state round.
