Hi Sanober, truly speaking their is no such work visa except USA H1B, in which you will be authorized to work into USA. This visas is mostly granted to IT professionals, there is one more visa type which is called L1 visa, which is possible only in cases, in which companies have its establishment in India as well as USA , otherwise it very tough to get work authorization in USA. As per your query, following are the deadline dates to fill the application forms of the different colleges you asked for:
- ISB: 30th November 2014 (for 2 cycle)
- IIM: 30th January 2015
- S.P Jain: 31st July 2014 (the process has been closed, you need to apply next year)
- MDI: 23rd Jan 2015

Hi Tarun,
One or two backlogs are not a problem s long as you clear them and achieve an aggregate score of 65-70%+ in your graduation. Additionally, I would highly recommend you gain some level of German language proficiency prior to applying for German Universities, even if they don't ask for.
