Since you belong to the AU region, I don't think you can expect a seat at SV University,
But I suggest you try for JNTU-Kakinada. It is far better compared to SVU in terms of studies and faculty.

Whether it is BE or B.Tech it's one and the same thing. There is absolutely no difference between these two terms in meaning even though they are different words. Hence, look for your desired branch and not the nomenclature of the degree that you are going to get. Best wishes to you.

I assume you are interested in doing some professional courses after your 12th (CA, CMA, CS). And further studies through correspondence, U can join the distance education colleges which is there in your respective state. If you live in tamilnadu, the most popular distance education colleges are university of madras. It does not affect your professional course.
