Step 5: Pay the application fee online with a credit card/debit card or net banking and submit the form.

In most cases, you may need to start from the first year if there is a significant gap of 10 years in your B.Sc. studies. Many universities have strict policies regarding the maximum duration allowed between consecutive academic years, and a gap of such length might not be permissible for direct continuation in the third year.

However, some universities might allow you to continue if you can provide valid reasons, such as medical issues or personal circumstances, or if the gap does not exceed a specific limit defined by the institution. It's best to contact the admissions office of your university for a specific answer based on their policies.
