Dear Sayan! "Firstly correct your spelling of around, its not aroung". Now come on to your question. How much this low CGPA makes negative impact will depends upon how much you let it be! If you have low CGPA, with no extra circular activities, no achievements, no credentials then surely you find yourself in trouble. But if you have good numbers of certificates in extra circular activities, great achievement (like top in debates, intra-college competition, club activities), exceptional work experience and internships, then absolutely you can get success despite having low CGPA. Companies want a candidate who is intelligent not topper.

Dear Sayan! Although everyone who is doing BBA, wants to pursue MBA but as you said that you are facing financial problem, I would not suggest you to do MBA right now. According to my opinion, currently you should have to prepare your self for on-campus placement. Try to fetch a decent job in a good company. Have at least 2 year of managerial work experience post graduation and then do MBA. Sayan, this work experience will not just makes you enrich from industrial exposure but also helps you to take admission in some top notch B-Schools of India. Because Institutions like; ISB Hyderabad, IIMs, FMS do consider experienced candidate and gives preference to them. Having the job right after your BBA will helps you to overcome from your financial crisis and makes you prepare to arrange funds for your future studies.

CAT is an entrance exam for more than 160 management institutes across India, including the 20 IIMs. The online CAT exam is conducted every year in the months of late November- early December. The CAT result is usually declared in January every year. The GD/PI rounds typically takes place from February to May. The academic sessions begin in the months of July-Aug.

The right time to start preparation for next year's CAT exam is in pre-final year of graduation (3rd year of engineering or 2nd year of 3 year graduation course). These students can join TIME coaching center in a super long term CAT classroom batch. This will give them adequate time for preparation.
