Dear Sayan! "Firstly correct your spelling of around, its not aroung". Now come on to your question. How much this low CGPA makes negative impact will depends upon how much you let it be! If you have low CGPA, with no extra circular activities, no achievements, no credentials then surely you find yourself in trouble. But if you have good numbers of certificates in extra circular activities, great achievement (like top in debates, intra-college competition, club activities), exceptional work experience and internships, then absolutely you can get success despite having low CGPA. Companies want a candidate who is intelligent not topper.

Dear Sayan! Although everyone who is doing BBA, wants to pursue MBA but as you said that you are facing financial problem, I would not suggest you to do MBA right now. Hi Sivaprakash, it is not a good idea to apply for a UG Diploma, if you already hold a Bachelor's degree. Chances of rejection is high. But, do check the specific program requirements and contact the college directly. Be sure you are not overqualified or so.
