There is no such limit to study particular number of days. You can study it in parallel with your course. Machine learning is not a different subject. It is also related to computer Science. Nowadays it is added as a subject in your CSE course. Few universities are providing machine learning as a different branch.

BHU has a better ranking and faculty as compared to AU. Even BHU south campus has better faculty than the AU. You can simply go for BHU.

Sorry, for BIPC students, there is no B.Tech course available. Not just for girls, even boys cannot join B.Tech after BIPc in intermediate. To join in B.Tech Course, you should choose MPC in intermediate.
