Yes, a candidate can get a seat at Punjab University in Department of Law with percentage of 86 in LL.B in PU LLB Entrance Exam. Because the cut off is 65 percentage in LL.B. Minimum sixty five percentage in B.A. LLB is good score and have more chances of getting better opportunities than one who scored less.
