No, the topic or chapter on earthworm is not included in the NEET Biology syllabus. The NEET syllabus underwent changes wherein certain topics were removed and various topics have been added from other state Boards. In the NEET revised syllabus, there was no mention of the Earthworms topic. Under the unit of Structural Organisation in Animals and Plants, the topic of 'Nervous and reproductive of an insect and Frog.' Based on last year's syllabus, it is estimated that the insect is cockroach, along with frog. Hence, it can be estimated that the Earthworm topic will not be included in the NEET Biology syllabus as well.

No, there is no negative marking in the Pre-Teachers Entrance Test. There are 200 MCQ-based questions in the PTET exam and each question consists of 3 marks. No marks will be deducted from candidates as wrong response.

The first step in the preparations of the PTET examiation is referring to the official exam pattern and syllabus. Once candidates are well-versed with the sections, subjects and topics, the next step is to download previous year question papers of PTET and start solving them on a regular basis. There is only paper in the PTET examination. The question paper consists of 200 questions in MCQ-pattern. Each question consists of 3 marks making the total marks to 600. The time duration of the exam is 3 hours and there is no negative marking in the PTET exam.

The difficulty level of the PTET exam  is considered to be of moderately difficult. Some sections of the exam requires more practice with reasoning and analytical problems. The questions are typically objective-type MCQs. However, if you have a good understanding of the core concepts of the exam you might find the exam manageable. Candidates are adviced to solve previous year question papers and take mock tests before the exam for the better preparation.

After the AAT results are declared, the candidates will have to check their qualifying status.
