My suggestion for you would be B.Com LLB where you can do both UG as well as LLB. It is a 5-year integrated undergraduate course which has a total of 10 semesters. I think you should not go for distance education as it is your Master's degree, so you should pursue a regular course instead of a distance degree course.

For admission in MS Ramaiah, you need to appear for national recognized entrance exams like MAT/CAT/CMAT, and then there are other rounds like GD, and personal interview, but for Dayanand Sagar University take their own DSAT for admission the GD & PI round. Further, you have to score a good percentile in these exams for getting seats through counseling. Further, there are other options available.

It is not like any placement for Doctors. If you are good enough with knowledge and its application then you may get the best of the jobs as per your experience and growth chart depends a lot on you. No one asks always from where you passed if you do great in exams and oral parts.

Class 10th marks do not really matter in MBA's admissions procedure. Most of the B-schools ask for it, just to check the past academic performance. You will get admission based on how you perform in CAT and GD/PI.
