Sorry, but for PGT Biology you need to have a M.Sc. Degree in the relevant subject your were applying. And TGT Biology doesn't exist, it is TGT In natural Science. You can further check Recruitment Rules on DSSSB website.

The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subjects in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honors course. You are given an overview of the subjects. You cannot specialize in these subjects.
