Yes, SDNB Vaishnav College for Women offers scholarship to deserving and meritorious students. The minimum English proficiency test scores vary based on the courses at the VCC. 

These English proficiency tests are counted as external test options by the college. VCC also allows international students to learn English in its premises before starting any course at the college. 2. VCC English Program

There is a special arrangement at VCC for international students willing to improve their proficiency in English before joining the college. VCC’s partner language schools are established for international students who do not meet the English proficiency standards.

ILAC and ILSC are two partner schools of the VCC that can help students enhance their English proficiency. Once they complete the English language course from any of the VCC partner schools, they will receive a pathway certificate.

A pathway certificate is valid for 2 years and will help them get entry to the VCC. The pathway certificate is also recognised as proof of English proficiency by the Vancouver Community College.
