CS Foundation Registration is open throughout the year. Candidates registered up to and including the month of March are eligible to take Foundation examination the earliest in December in the same year and those registered up to and including September can take up the examination in June next year subject to satisfactory completion of coaching. So, If you want to write CS Foundation exam in Dec 2018, you should register before 28th Feb 2018. If you want to write CS Foundation exam in June 2018, you should register before 30th September 2017. Regards.

To pursue BA (Hons) Political Science in Lady Shri Ram College, your class 12th percentage matters.
Your best four subject marks are calculated against the cut-off released by DU.
If it matches or is above the cut-off, you can get admission.

For example, once you know that 2 plus 2 is 4, then try to model this using tools of programming, say, tools in FORTRAN77 you adjust with the statement or concept. The only difference in both institutes is that hyderabad offers mba program which is UGC recognised and mumbai offers pgpgm program which is industry accepted which is similar to mba program.student strength in hyderabad is more but you will hostel facility over there in case of mumbai its quiet difficult but in terms of factors which you are talking is very much on similar patterns.
