For LLM admissions abroad, you need to take english proficiency test such as IELTS or TOEFL, if english is not your native language. However, you don't need to take GRE or GMAT, unless the course specifically requires it. 

To become an IPS (Indian police service) officer, you need to first graduate with a bachelor's degree from a recognised University. There's no specific degree required but subjects like political Science history and law can be helpful for the UPSC civil services exam.

To get admission into this course, candidates must complete their BSc degree in any stream from a recognised university or AICTE-approved institute. Additionally, for admission, the institute accepts NCHMCT MSc JEE scores + NCHMCT counselling.
