Hi, Every University will have its own cut -off percentage. But in general if you have a GRE of atleast 300 and above plus a TOEFL of 85 plus and an a good academic score in UG many good Universities will accept you. Look for Universities in Texas area where there are lots of Petroleum based industries and Oil & Gas companies. You can also look at Universities in Alerta in Canada where Petroleum Industry is well developed or Western Australia region in Australia.
