Applications are open for UPESMET-3 (UPES), TANCET (Anna University) & KMAT. Last date to apply for third round of UPESMET is 12th May, for KMAT its 10th May and for TANCET its 17th May. There might be some other MBA entrances as well in which you still can apply for. So google the details and apply at the earliest.

I am also from the medical stream so guys trust my suggestion and take a chance, the best method is for preparing for medical entrance is to join an institute and regularly revise whatever you are learning in the institute with the help of your teacher. Please don't show laziness in this, work regularly and revise your daily work. After that, solve more ques. of physics and chemistry from other books like physics explorer and chemistry explorer. And biology portion is read-only from NCERT as it's enough. When your whole syllabus is completed once then revise your syllabus in a month again. After that, I strongly recommend NEET explorer

There are only two IITs that offer B.Arch admissions - IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee in which the aspirants can get admission provided they have cleared JEE Main (Paper-II) followed by JEE Advanced and AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test). Just go through this link and fill out the required details
