There are many paramedical courses available after completing 12th with PCB:
1) B.Physiotherapy (BPT)
2) BMLT

You will not get admission in NIT because you couldn't score more than cut-off. You can apply for state government colleges.

Manipal University, Manipal doesn't accepts COMEDK score. It takes admission on basis of it's own entrance exam.

I consider testing as a very specialized skill, not everyone can perform good, efficient and comprehensive testing. So, if you are good in testing, I would recommend that you continue with it - understand the theoretical concepts of testing and apply them using variety of testing tool.

If you want to move vertically into marketing field it won't be a such a big task as you have a relevant work experience. But in case you want to shift to finance it would be again an entry level . But it is possible depending on your interview where if you can convince the organization that your capabilities of marketing and finance will be an asset to a company .
