I don't know about admission at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Shillong - B.Des. (Lateral Entry). But being alumni of LPU, I would like to tell you that the last date of admission for this programme at LPU is 31st Oct 2021.
My friend did B.Design Fashion from Lovely Professional University and today she is successfully running her own Brand, she was also part of internship projects with leading Fashion stylists. Basically for being a travel presenter you've to have prior knowledge about the traveling and the people you'll be going to meet. As you have applied only for COMEDK but not for university-gauge, it will not create any problem for you while getting admission as university-gauge has very less number of universities registered under it, that too are new ones. All the reputed colleges are COMEDK only.
