IIIT Kottayam provides hostel for both boys and girls inside the campus. The hostel is good, the infrastructure is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and well ventilated. The hostel wardens and staff work extremely hard to keep the hostel in order. The hostel mess food is of good quality, and it is prepared in a clean environment. The hostel also provides us with water and electricity 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Every room has internet access through LAN. The hostel provides us with a variety of basic and modern amenities. One room can accommodate up to 3 members, but actually, the room is designed for only 2 members there will be study tables and chairs for three members, but sockets are only two on each side of the wall. Mess here is maintained by students, and the menu is also designed by students from all batches. So there will be dishes eaten by all the states, but u should not expect them to be too good. There is no separate registration process for the hostel everything will be done at the time of counselling itself.
