Hi,
Yes you can proceed further. To be eligible to sit for IAS (Indian Administrative Services) Exam conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year, one needs to be:
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and
In the age limit of 21-30 years.
If you qualify the above conditions, then you may proceed further. Also you have a choice to select optional. There is a list of 23 subjects from which you need to select two. For the list, you may refer to the link below:-

You can get job after completing MCA but not very good job. Because after doing MCA you have to take a Specialization Certicificate on Your Any Preferred programming languages such as JAVA, .NET, VB etc. after getting certificate of Speciliazation you will get very suitable job for you. But in other software courses various types of jobs are available after completing them, but they may be different from MCA because other software courses or networking courses depends on their duration.
Hardware is other thing than Software courses.

you have very good marks in 12th class have good score in PCM then you must go for only Btech (engineering i only suggest that if anybody have PCM subject in 12th then b tech is bets option for that students , because it is professional and more practical and easy to find job than other field , you can choose ECE or CSE line if you are confuse yo choose which field is better,

General Eligibility Criteria:-
The individual's must be a citizen of India. Also preference is given to those who are residents of the state. Some institute do keep an age limit of 17 years.
Academic Eligibility Criteria:-
*Candidate must have completed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent
*The minimum marks secured in 12th standard should be at least 50%
*The candidate should have pursued the science subjects. The science subjects should include Physics and Chemistry
