As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in ANY FIELD with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, you may pursue any of these course as per your interest and liking, however pursuing BMS would be a good option.

We do have a autonomous part time,four semester , only on week ends ,course that will commence from July 2013.Admissions are still available.The admission hinges on your clearing the personal interview test.The admission form is available on our website:www.vpmthane.org. The registration can be done on any working day by paying Rs.1250/-. The course fees will be Rs.40,000/- per semester. We offer specialization in HR/Finance/Marketing/ Operations in the second year.The subject content will be similar to a full time MBA course.The faculty come from industry background and holding respectable positions.
