Seeing your marks i feel you should go for Bachelors in Hotel Management. In case you are interested in doing engineering then you can take admission in integrated diploma-B.tech course being offered universities like Lovely, Amity etc.
Check websites of these universities for more information.

It depends upon the counseling as it plays an important role in admission.
But there are some reputed universities in the country like Amity, Lovely, Sharda etc that take into consideration the state test ranks of all states for admission. Not only this some of these universities also offer scholarships to students.

There are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE/ state test rank. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two. Check the websites of these universities for more details.
