Kota University offers numerous facilities to its students. Some of the facilities are:

Central Library: The central library of UOK is currently subscribing to more than 90 printed journals and various electronic journals through the UGC-INFONET Digital Library Consortium, now known as E-Shodh Sindhu (INFLIBNET Centre), in different disciplines. The central library is also using SOUL (Software for University Libraries) for routine library work.

Medical and Health: The university has a Senior Medical Officer on a part-time basis. To give the students and employees of the university regular medical and health check-up facilities on the premises.

University Canteen: A spacious and well-maintained canteen has been designed to make dining comfortable and enjoyable.

Kota University offers separate boys and girls hostels. Admission to the hostel is made by the Hostel Central Admission Committee. Candidates should send applications along with the required documents to the Hostel Warden. Admission to the university hostel will be based only on the grades received in the most recent qualifying exam. For this, an original grade report is needed. A list of applicants accepted into any hostel will be displayed on the hostel's notice board, and a challan/ NET Banking deposit period of up to three days will be allowed for the hostel fees.

After submitting the hostel fee, candidates should send applications along with the required documents to the Hostel Warden to allot a room in the hostel. Candidates must pay approximately INR 4,000 per month along with a one-time security fee of INR 2,000. Additionally, the hostel has a mess. The mess charges are as per the expenditure by the candidate.

The admission form fee for Kota University is INR 500. Kota University offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in various specialisations of Science, Pharmacy, Arts, Management, Commerce, Education, Law, and Physical Education. Apart from degree courses, Kota University also offers Diploma and Certificate courses. Admission to various courses is merit-based or entrance exam-based.
