Graduates of the CT Institute of Architecture and Planning (CTIAP) are not guaranteed a 100% placement rate. The placement rate is roughly 70% meaning that while some students do not get employment through campus placements most do. The competitive nature of the architecture job market the wide range of student performance and preferences and economic factors that impact hiring patterns are the key causes of the non 100% placement rate. Although the institute's placement record isn't flawless it does provide strong industry ties hands on training and strong support to improve students employability.
