I would like you to know that a scholarship is granted to a students on the basis of his complete candidature and not on the basis of only 1 exam. Universities grant scholarships to students who have excellent academic scores along with competition cracking test scores in the GRE(1400+) and in the TOEFL(105+). They also consider the student's career goals while granting scholarship.
