Aeronautical engineering is a 4yrs course in which top private colleges conduct 2+2 yrs course. first 2 yrs you have to study in india and another 2 yrs will be held in any of the foreign country.

Fee structure :
1 & 2 yrs - 1.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs

You will get admission with the specified GRE and TOEFL, but scholarship may be difficult to get. Instead of scholarships, look for a public university with a reasonable fees.
Also, the university selection will depend on the percentage you have scored in degree and overall academic profile.
