No, you can not. You need to do M.Sc in order to become eligible for M.Tech. GATE is another requirement for M.Tech admissions.

Salary package mainly depends upon the Institutes from where you are pursuing the B.Tech courses. Students of top Institutes like IITs and NITs gets higher average package offering with respect to others. However the initial average package can be ranges between 5-6 Lacs for freshers if done from an average Engineering colleges.
