You should choose MBA specialisation based on what you want to do in future. Or you can keep your mind and options open and choose electives as per the prof. who is teaching it. To go about choosing your specialisation, understand what each specialisation really demands and the kind of opportunities available. Also, irrespective of your specialisation, after a point of time in your career, you will be doing pretty much everything. You can apply for GMAT regarding your English problem but, for most MBA entrance exams including CAT you need to have a Bachelor's degree with atleast 50% marks (45% for ST, SC and PWD). .
