You should choose MBA specialisation based on what you want to do in future. Or you can keep your mind and options open and choose electives as per the prof. who is teaching it. To go about choosing your specialisation, understand what each specialisation really demands and the kind of opportunities available. Also, irrespective of your specialisation, after a point of time in your career, you will be doing pretty much everything. Think of your short term, medium term, and long term plans (not concrete, but a fair idea) and then SEE if the specialisation will equip you with the desired skills. But as far as my opinion goes w. r. t to your question, you should probably avoid Operations as it is a domain best suited of Engineers and choose any of the rest I. e. Finance, Marketing, HRM, RM etc. Based on your interest. All the best!
