Hi,
In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.Plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT,etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.

Generally, to pursue M.Sc you need to be a B.Sc graduate in Physics with at least 60%. You need to pass an entrance exam.

It is absolutely okay if you do not pick Law with CS since it is self sufficient and can ensure you a promising career with lucrative options.
If you are fascinated with legal aspects, then pick CS or if Cost Accounting interests you more, pick I.C.W.A.
C.F.A is advisable if you are inclined for making a career as a Financial Analyst or Adviser.
I would say that make a choice keeping in mind your interest, strengths, aptitude and career goals.
MBA is a management degree that can be taken up after making a successful career in any domain as this degree increases your individual credential.
