Yes, you are eligible to appear for the NET exam. As per the rules aspirants who have successfully enrolled themselves in the Masters or equivalent course are also eligible to appear in the NET exam. Mainly there are two types of NET exam is conducted;
CSIT NET CSIR NET exam is conducted for the candidates who belongs from the Science background. This exam is separately conducted in 5 main subjects. UGC NET UGC NET exam is conducted for the candidates who belongs from the non-Science background. This exam is separately conducted in 81 subjects. Both the exams are conducted under NTA guidelines. The last date to apply for the exam is 9th
