Hi Rajendra,
NIBM is not recognized by any of the Education Council UGC or AICTE, and to do a full time PhD program a candidate needs to have a recognized Masters degree or equivalent with more than 55% aggregate marks, so it would be really difficult to comment on whether this degree would be valid to go for a PhD program or not.
At this juncture I would suggest you to get in touch with UGC to get more detailed information or to talk to the University from where you are planning to do your PhD.
